Cohen is an experienced litigation attorney who has represented injured parties throughout Florida. His practice areas include automobile accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall accidents, trip and fall accidents, personal injuries sustained from mold exposure, and all premise liability cases.

Cohen is a New York native. He graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.A. in History. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Cohen is admitted to the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court, Southern District, and Middle District of Florida. Cohen is also a certified circuit court mediator in the state of Florida.
Cohen is deeply committed to assisting victims of negligence and aggressively represents his clients in their pursuit of compensation for their injuries. He has obtained significant jury verdicts and negotiated settlements on behalf of his clients, and recently obtained a negotiated settlement in excess of $1,000,000 for clients involved in an automobile accident.

Martin, a native of Cuba, where she practiced law for four years in the areas of Real Estate, Probate, Family Law, and Immigration, among others, relocated to the United States in 2015. After working as a paralegal for a Personal Injury firm in Fort Myers, Martin moved to West Palm Beach and attended the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, where she obtained her law degree. She passed her Bar Exam in November of 2020 and joined Dyson Law, PLLC, in March of 2021.
